Read More out (this was a Friday before MLK holiday weekend). I called Mackenzie on a recommendation and Dave came out within an hour to check out my system. All looked good. He then told me that they don’t charge for removal of another company’s tanks, and that he could get new ones out here by Monday with 40 gallons between them to start. So, I cancelled with Dead River and signed with Mackenzie. But wait, there’s more… Dave called me about an hour later and said they can come out within an hour to put in two new 100 gallon tanks, with 40 gallons to start with. Sure enough, they were here within that hour installing them. Thankfully, these tanks were bound for a house in Exeter, but no one lives there yet. So, Dave redirected them to me because I was out of gas. During installation, they also found a propane leak and fixed that with a reasonable price. Amazing service from Mackenzie. I couldn’t have received a better recommendation. I will now recommend Mackenzie to anyone that asks.

The technician carefully explained what he was going to do, what he had then done and what the results were: needed to order new parts before it could be fixed. Before leaving, he asked if there was anything that he could do for me: install a window fan, help with windows, whatever. What a remarkably nice guy! And then they expedited the unit and came on Saturday to install it. Excellent service and care for their customers!
